Stomach-side down is the twin’s favorite position. When they flop over on their backs, or get placed there, they struggle valiantly to turn over again.

Propped Up like this, a few minutes each day, the twins don’t topple over as they did when they were first propped up. Soon they’ll be sitting up alone.

Peg nibbles on Betsy’s thumb. Neither girl minds this sort of thing so long as only a finger or an ear’s involved. But a poke in the eye brings tears.

Peg and Betsy are 6-months-old twins who have been “adopted” by Picture News. We will report on their development regularly.
