Bike Week (March 9-18), a celebration of bikers and their bikes since 1937, begins today in Daytona Beach, Florida. Since the creation of the motorcycle, many photographers have captured the personalities of these machines, their owners, and their families.

Also, Bike Week celebrations shared the week with Ash Wednesday. In honor, bikers could be seen receiving blessings on their bikes from Reverend Philip Egitto following Ash Wednesday services.
